We watched this documentary recently. I didn't realize the far reaching effects of these unregulated platforms. We need to be aware and make the necessary changes in our own lives & the lives of our children. If social media leaves you feeling uplifted, educated, humored & positive...terrific! However, if you're coming away feeling less than, anxious & depressed...it's time to make some changes. How much time do you spend each day on social media? Is it time well spent?...
