You can stay one or two nights as you wish, but the minimum rent covers three nights., weekends or weekdays. It is a good deal for $350, and four nights is only $450. We will negotiate for longer stays. As you can see in the photos, the cottage is a modern and handsome small house, not like a cabin or camp. Very comfortable and private for two people, no view of the ocean but just a short distance from interesting places in Grand Manan.

For the remainder of the season, you can stay up to three nights for our minimum of $350, and additional nights are $100 per night. A bargain! Contact us by message or email for openings. ([email protected]).

Due to an out-of-bubble cancellation, we have openings starting in late August. We prefer reservations of full weeks Sunday to Sunday ($700) but will consider 3-night stays for $450, or 4 nights for $550, most days starting August 25. Cleaning is very thorough and takes a lot of time and effort, so no shorter reservations please (but you can actually stay less time than your reservation, of course). We are maintaining gaps of time between rentals so you will be safe. At this time, you must reside within the Atlantic Canada "bubble." Message us in this page, or email us at [email protected].

There is now a 20% rebate from the Province of New Brunswick for your costs of a holiday on Grand Manan. What a deal! It covers transportation (the ferry), accommodations (our cottage), dining and drinks, even activities like whale watchng! You must be a resident of New Brunswick, and keep receipts.
