Losing a pet at any time is difficult but it can be especially hard during a pandemic when people are spending more time at home with their four legged companions.
If you're decorating for the holidays, be sure to hide wires and store small ornaments out of your pet's reach to prevent injury. You should also move candles a...nd holiday plants to a location that your pet can't access. For a list of common holiday hazards, visit bit.ly/OVMA-holiday-hazards. See more

**UPDATE - LUCY HAS FOUND A HOME** Lucy is settling in nicely at her foster home but is still looking for her forever family. She is a sweet 7 year old female spayed gray tabby. She is unfortunately not good with other cats and we are not sure how she feels about dogs. If you have questions or interested in Lucy please CALL THE CLINIC DIRECTLY at 519-432-1895.
With all this lovely warm weather we have been having, the ticks in our area are still very active. We removed this from a dog yesterday. Please continue with your flea and tick prevention to protect your pets from these pesky parasites.
Please CALL AHEAD and try to get your food and medication orders in well advance of the holidays. We have been experiencing delayed delivery times during the pandemic and our hours will be modified around Christmas and New Years. While we do not support "hoarding", we do recommend planning ahead.
Isaac was also looking festive in his cozy sweater. Thanks to our patients for bringing in the holiday spirit
We hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween
