Grew 7.2 lb's of carrots, in this 2'x3'x18"deep Cedar box, that is raised to 24" , We Planted late this year it was around the middle of June , and we decided to harvest them yesterday September the 11th, When we started pulling them,they came out easy and we just wash them off over top of the Box so as not to make a mess and keep the dirt in the Box, Along withThe smell of carrots That was so strong, (I didn't know that about harvesting carrots!) It was easy to do this work the Box was 24" tall, The Box cost $100, and can be used many seasons
