We have two practicum students with us right now! They are both in their final stages of training to be Registered Dental Assistants. You may have met one or both this month if you’ve been in the clinic. Both are doing great in the clinic and are only a couple weeks away from being full registered assistants!

Welcome Caitlyn! Caitlyn is the newest member of our hygiene team. She studied in Toronto and has been working in Edmonton and Calgary areas since. She has joined our team full-time this November and has already been a super fun addition to the team!

On Tuesday last week, three students from the University of Alberta Dentistry Class of 2021 visited the clinic to learn about practice management! They will be Doctors in dentistry next year and asked tons of great questions about how we operate and what they can expect as they leave school and begin working in dental practices around Alberta.

World Diabetes Day is today! The blue circle is the universal symbol for diabetes, signifying the unity of global diabetes. We would like our patients and staff who are effected by diabetes to feel our support today. Our clinic has also been lighting up in blue each evening for you.
