If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, there are resources that can help. 211 answered 1...473 contacts related to Domestic Violence in 2019 During the pandemic we have responded to 2822 contacts related to domestic violence 60% of domestic violence contacts are from survivors themselves while 40% of are from family or friends In 10% of domestic violence contacts there was also a child/youth at risk 10,000 referrals were provided in 2019 to clients reaching out about domestic violence Elder abuse makes up 15% of violence related contacts 55% of contacts related to domestic violence are from those identifying as female 1,190 referrals were provided to domestic violence emergency shelters When you don't know where to turn, just contact 211.
