A couple new additions to our business and more coming next week. Had really hoped to have the flagpole up by Canada Day but the top never arrived until yesterday, 21/2 months late.

Adding another piece to the property and setting us up to maybe expand in the future. Thanks for all the great work and willingness to help us put our maintenance building up on such short notice to Bob Orr of Orr Foundations and his crew, Peter Gowan of Peter Gowan Construction and crew of Micheal, Darren and Joesph. Norman Mundie with Chris, Mike and Jason at Shiretown Construction, and Jamon Budrow of East Elite Electric and Ill bug Jeff ORourke cause I know hes retired and has nothing better to do than help me.

A 10x15 storage unit has just become available, this size usually is spoken for before they are available however the person who had requested it has changed their mind and is now open to first come, first serve. Sue and I have had a really exciting and largely successful first year in our business. We learned tons, made some mistakes and learned from them, for me mistakes are often my best teacher. Since May ( our very successful hosting of vendors for the town wide yard sale) we have been at or near capacity in both the self storage units and the warehouse. Really only since the first of December do we have only 3 units available that are not rented. Available right now are a 5x10, ...a 10x10 and a 10x15. Our warehouse is full. So, it is time to test the waters and expand into another service for storage for our customers and that is our Stor-It-All On Site. We have units like the one pictured here that you can rent or purchase right at your property. There is also the option of renting them right on our property as well. The uses are endless. Use them for storage during renovation, painting, flooring, emergency storage such as basement flooding, winter wood storage or a temporary workshop. These units go from a flat 12 inch slab to a weather proof, secure building in 20-30 minutes. They come in 7x10(this unit shown) 7x13,7x16 and 7x20 and are 7 high. We will soon have one set up at our business and we invite you to stop by and look it over. Call us and we would be more than happy to show you inside of this unit.

Its been just a little over a year since we put shovels to the ground , lay concrete and constructed our buildings. We have had a ton of support from many people for much needed advice on financial, legal, ground preparation, concrete work, assembly and construction, electrical and most importantly encouragement and belief in what we were trying to create. I would list all the people but I would be afraid that I would miss someone because really there were so many but Sue a...nd I absolutely appreciate and thank each and every one of you. We have had our buildings open since November and we have enjoyed great success not only in filling our units and warehouse but in meeting and getting to know our customers. I always brag about what great customers we have and how easy they have made it for us as we learn this business and try and meet their needs. We will always strive to continue to do that. In the coming months we will try and sort out what opportunities and services our customers are looking for and hopefully expand to meet those needs. Want to say a big thank you to all the vendors that made our entry to the St Andrews town wide yard sale a huge success. Your merchandise and crafts were top notch and had customers coming and staying from very early in the morning until past 2:00pm in the afternoon. Your efforts allowed the public to come in and see our buildings and services that stor-it-all offers that they otherwise may not have realized was here. Thank you so much. A big thanks as well to Sue who organized, set up and did the leg work to make sure we had a great mix of vendors and that people were aware of this event,the turnout proved that.

This snow is gone and maybe spring will arrive soon. We will be renting space in available units for the annual Saint Andrews Town wide yard sale on May 12th. Things are moving along, the 30x40 building almost complete and the 30x100 will be delivered sometime in the first half of July. Many thanks to Kevin Simmons, Peter Gowan, Jeff O'Rourke,Pat Raye, Lisa Kelly and Susan Wentworth BNS, Bob Orr, TerraEx Ron and Jonathan, Wayne and Tony,David Bartlett and many others that have a hand in moving this project ahead in record time.
