WE ARE BACK! We would just like to take the time to remind you of a few of the changes that we have made here at Stoyoma Dental. We have installed a Hi-Velocity Air Purifier System for the added safety of staff, patients, families and the community at large. Clean air will be recycled throughout the office every 14 minutes. The front reception desk has Lexan installed on it for staff and patient safety. ... There is a few changes for patients presenting to their appointments. 1. We will be asking that only patients with appointments enter the office. Exceptions to this will be parents accompanying small children or patients with care givers. 2. We will do a COVID19 prescreen on all patients. 3. A touchless thermometer will be used to take a temperature on all patients. 4. At this time we have suspended van rides due to social distancing rules.

Stoyoma Dental is pleased to announce that they will be re-opening on Monday June 1st. We are taking the time to implement some health and safety changes to our office to do our part in keeping staff, patients, families and the community at large safer. We have plumbed a new Hi-Velocity Air Purification System with UV filters through out the whole office. We will have Lexan-Polycarbonate installed at the front desk. Hand sanitization stations are installed within the office.... Some of the procedures for presenting at your next appointment have also changed and we would ask that you take a minute and read through them: 1. All patients will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided upon entering and exiting the building. 2. Please don’t bring family or friends to your appointment with you. Only the patient will be permitted into the office, with exceptions to parents accompanying young children or patients with caregivers. 3. We have secured our PPE including, disposable gowns, face shields and N95 masks. 4. All toys and reading material have been removed from the reception area. The staff at Stoyoma Dental have truly missed all our patients and we look forward to seeing you all very soon. We are working through our list of patients who missed their appointments in the last 2 months and we are working quickly to reschedule you. We thank you in advance for your patience. We would also like to extend a huge shout out to Copper Valley Mechanical, Corey and Clay, and also Darren Elley of R&D Construction for making all these renovations possible. You are all truly the best!

Stoyoma Dental Team and some of Santa's Little Helpers enjoyed an evening helping the Nicola Valley Food Bank putting hampers together

This years theme tree for Stoyoma Dental is "The Smile Tree". All items on and under the tree will be donated to the Nicola Valley Food Bank. Christmas is a time to remember the less fortunate. If you would like to drop off a non perishable food or hygiene item to help put a smile on someone's face this Christmas it would be greatly appreciated!

Cuteness overload today at Stoyoma Dental with our special visitors Little Skippers Daycare. We are not sure who was more excited the little's or our CDA Leah! Dental visits are fun and should be positive experience for all. Children can start visiting the Dentist by age 1. Thanks for coming Little Skippers we all enjoyed having you.

We are sad to see our friend/co-worker Janine head off on new adventures in Alberta. She has been a fabulous part of our team here at Stoyoma and she will be missed dearly! All the best Janine, take care.
