Here at the St Paul Aquatic Centre several changes have been needed thanks to the Covid situation. Our maximum numbers in the pool have been decreased to only 30 individuals at a time. This functions on a first come first serve basis. We are doing what we can to reduce change room use. Our cleaning schedule has been increased and lessons have had several changes. Among those changes are our instructors are not suppose to have contact with the children. As such we ask a parent to come in the water with the child. This is for levels 1 and the preschool levels. The parent then does all the helping and physical manipulation of the child while our instructor provides feedback, suggestions and leads the class. Other changes with lessons are a reduction in numbers in the classes.

Soccer Day Camps next week!!! Still open for registration. If your child is 6 and up and missing soccer register them for a great time. Both swimming lessons and soccer are included.

Do to the current recreation closures we are looking into the logistics of what we are going to do about both memberships and lessons. Will know fully later this week how everything will work.

We are going to be running an NL course starting this Friday night. If you are interested in completing your lifeguard training please phone in. Requirements: Bronze Medallion and cross, Standard first aid and 16 years of age.
