Connecting by Cards is continuing. After a beautiful response to our Halloween mail out we are getting ready to send again. Many of you, young and old, have already let us know you want to participate again and new comers are welcome. As you can see, even if you are artistically challenged there are ways to participate... one option is a card with a candle already on it to be coloured and personalized, or start from scratch or finger paint or tear bits of colour paper or, or..., or... some will be perfect and others not quite but they are all received with great gratitude. The verse is prepared and celebrates all the holidays of light that fall late in the year so candles it is for the cover design. All we ask of you is to add some colour or create your own candle and address the name and sign the card. Add a little note if you can: Let us know if you want to help out. We send to all the residents of retirement homes so far...would love to do nursing homes too. We sign up in blocks of about 10 cards. Respond here, call the office or Laura. Let’s spread Light.
