Hi, I'm Elk! I was recently trapped not to long ago, so have lived most of my life outside without human contact. But with the help of all these great humans, Ive started getting the taste for the spoiled life! I've recently learned that I really like getting pet.. like a lot! And I'll even move around and tell you exactly where I want to be pet! I'm really playful, and love it when my foster mom dangles toys infront of me! Although it does take me a bit to warm up at first,... as long as you show me some struggle snuggles, I'll warm up really fast (I secretly really like them)! Henrietta here, pleased to meet you! I was recently trapped with my brothers not too long ago. Because of this, I find humans quite scary.. I just don't understand them. But I'm slowly starting to warm up to them! I no longer tremble in fear when you approach me. I used to hiss and scratch too when I was scared, but my sass has definitely calmed down. I'm still quite shy around humans, but I just can't help my purrs from escaping when I get cuddled. Meet Jim, For no reason of his own he has found himself looking for a new place to call home. With the housing crisis in Vancouver his mom had to make the very hard decision to part with one of her two kitties. He is getting neutered next week and we will then be taking applications for this handsome young fellow of 1 yr. On the drive to his foster mom our volunteer stuck her fo hers in his crate to comfort him.... He gently stuck his paw through the door and held her hand the whole drive there Jim would like to be the only kitty in the house hold and is a very sweet loving playful fellow.
