Not much has changed except where to enter from. We want to stress the following again... -Maintain social distancing at all times -Wear your mask whenever you are not in your training zone... -ONLY have contact with those in your family bubble/social circle - Change rooms are available only for those unable to come prepared due to time constraints -Washrooms are emergency use only Important! The only reason we are able to utilize the changing stalls are because they are individual use housed in an open space within the academy. They are for limited use when incliment weather wont allow us to be prepared in our workout attire or for those unable to be prepared for class due to scheduling constraints. ALWAYS maintain social distance with masks on when forced to wait for class in the lobby. Train safe and we'll see you on the mats!

We miss you all! No one wanted this latest announcement from our Provincial government, least of all small businesses. Just know we are not going anywhere, we are back in our stasis pods waiting for the green light.... Try to stay active, watch technique, watch matches, watch MMA. Do whatever you can.
