Celebrating Kennedys 10th Birthday!

Whos going to need a refresher on the Katas when we get back to class? We miss everyone and cant wait to just get together and see the smiling faces. Im just hoping the my Gui will still close in the front after all this downtime snacking! Glad Justin keeps nudging us to do our daily pyramid of 10!

Is it just me or is this happening to you too? Our team is being encouraged to do daily pyramids of 10 pushups,sit-ups and squats thanks to Justin Townell. Keep it up and hopefully I wont have to buy new pants once the isolation is over! Keep it up gang! OSU.

So hows everyone dealing with the isolation and what kind of schedule are you putting on the kids? Need some tips! Especially from the teachers out there before my boys get suspended for fighting at home school! HAHA

Who knew it would be this hard to miss karate? Sure we can practice at home and keep up with our knowledge, but missing the people and camaraderie is tough. Whether its Sempai Joe Johnston s bad jokes, Justins wry smile, Collin Twanow s encouragement or Sven Ldemann s wit and attention to detail, its the little things you miss. Be safe, reach out and be thankful for this family!
