Our Flanders Red Sour Ale is on tap for a very limited time and in bottles to-go. Aged in a red wine barrel for 12 months, fermented using a house culture of four different yeasts and bacteria. Aromas of red wine grape, oak and dark fruit, light malt body and medium acidity.

It’s snowing! We’ve got all the fire tables on and the heat blasting inside.

Our Barrel Aged Blackberry Brett Saison is launching today! Fermented with Saison yeast then aged with Brettanomyces for 10 months in a red wine barrel. Pick it up now at the brewery or select liquor stores on the north shore.

So... we sort of missed our 1 year anniversary. Something was going on we can’t really remember. We made this awesome beer for it though. It’s our first of our barrel releases and it’s a 6.9% Golden Sour fermented and aged for 15 months in a red wine barrel, with 4 different strains of yeast and bacteria then bottle conditioned. We’re releasing this on Friday Oct 9th but you can pre-buy it through our website to make sure you get a bottle.
