You may not be able tell by her I don’t like pictures pose. But this girl brings so much inspiration and laughter to the classes. Everyone that joins a class with this girl WILL at some point have a big grin and giggle during class. As a mom of five, she makes a point of attending 5 sessions per week! You will not succeed until you make your self a PRIORITY and actually dedicate the time to grow! She is a inspiration to many. Her daughter attends classes along side her and is a great example of a parent leading by example, and showing how hard work pays off. As a mother of 5, I will tell you that if you want to have more energy, get back in shape, and make time to fit your busy life. Strength Camp is the place to go... I promise you will not regret!
