What is the BEST posture? Slouching ISN'T bad. It's when we stay in the one position for a long time that it can cause issues. This goes the same for asking you to sit completely upright for several hours. So what's our recommendation? Take frequent breaks (i.e. small 30sec - 1 min walk to grab a drink, use the bathroom, do a dance)....
