King Kookerout of Jefferson, Louisianahas been supplying Stright-MacKay with their lobster cookers for the last decade. If you've never seen a pod of gigantic lobsters attacking a tranquil fishing village, you could be in for a surprise! Paul Dawkins builds castles in the sand. He's a world-champion sculptor in the medium, and he's engineered his creations in around 100 different countries. Paul's current mission is to build the tallest sand sculpture in Nova Scotia. He recently settled down along the South Shore, remarking that the area has "the best beaches in Canada."
