SBM is currently seeking a Junior Structural Engineer (E.I.T) to join the Structural Division (Small Buildings) in our Kitchener office. The successful candidate will be will work under the Division Manager and will be responsible for assisting with structural design of residential and ICI (institutional-commercial-industrial) projects, site reviews of construction, and site investigations of existing structures.

SBM was happy to deliver a donation to the Humane Society of London & Middlesex. The Humane Society is a non-profit and operates 100% from donations to deliver amazing services and animal care in our community. SBM has been working with the Humane Society on a number of initiatives recently, and we’re excited to help amazing causes like this one!

SBM has been retained to provide Engineering Design services for a new proposed Hydroponics Cannabis growing facility in Southwest Ontario. The project features approximately 10,000 sq.ft, with office, administration, and growing areas for Canada’s booming legal cannabis industry.
