Today’s message is simple, yet incredibly important. Strive for consistency, never compensation. You still need to fuel yourself today, even if tomorrow didn’t go as planned.... Our DM’s are always open to talk to you about this more if you are someone who struggles to feel like they need to compensate for certain eating behaviours with less food or more exercise.

Honey Garlic Drumsticks Have you ever struggled to find that one source of protein that you don’t get tired of? One that’s good for meal prep? Let this be it.... Note: you can use any type of protein for this recipe. When I do use chicken drumsticks I will usually debone the meat so I can use it easily in lunches. Seriously though, you guys! REAL CHANGE HAPPENS WITHIN Are you someone who just can’t seem to stick to the plan? Do you always seem to fall off track a week into the process? Are you feeling stuck inside of a cycle of wanting to change, but not quite being able to commit to it?... Keep reading, sister, because this post is for you. The REASON you stay stuck... is because your belief system is not in alignment with the goals you set for yourself. If you commonly declare that you are not a morning person, and then set yourself a goal to wake up at 5AM to run every morning... You likely wouldn’t be successful because you’re going to face a TON of resistance when it comes down to waking up to run at 5AM. Now imagine setting the same goal for yourself; a 5AM run. Imagine approaching this goal with the belief that you are an early bird, you love to get an early start on your day, and you love the endorphins that running gives you. I’m sure it’s clear to you now that your internal beliefs MUST match the goals that you set for yourself; and if they don’t... you will find yourself feeling stuck in a cycle. Here’s the good news: No matter who you are; you can always up-level your belief systems. You can always release any beliefs that no longer work for you. In my free Facebook support group I have a free video training and worksheet all about how to identify and release outdated belief systems so that you can break free from this cycle and continue moving forward on your path.
