Thank you to everyone who joined today’s virtual Lunch and Learn and to our speakers for sharing their personal stories and shedding so much light on the topics of inclusion and diversity. From our reflection on what diversity and inclusion means during our session, different words such as: Open arms,... Variety, Perspective, Acceptance, Pronouns, Equity, Allies, Unity, Accomplices and No one left out, are all words that came to mind. As Teddy said, Learning anything is hard but unlearning anything is harder. Strive is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone is heard. We will continue to work with members of the community and continue this conversation, focused on educating and accepting all human beings.

Introducing Strive YPG’s Sponsorship Officer, Hannah Caicco Hannah’s role is directly responsible for the coordination, management and acquisition of annual & event sponsor agreements for Strive YPG. The Sponsorship Officer will work alongside different members of the Executive team to ensure that all annual, special events, and the Algoma Visionary Awards Gala are adequately funded and that the relationship between Strive YPG and its sponsors is effectively managed.
