POSTPONED 2 WEEKS: now running January 28 to March 4, 2021. Everything else remains the same. Feeling stretched thin from caring for a friend or family member? ...Gain information and skills to better take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. We still have spots left for our #FREE workshop, Powerful Tools for Caregivers, which starts next week. Please visit our website for more information or to register: https://livingwellseontario.ca/event/117321992237/ Since it is only a week away, spots are now open to anyone in Ontario (although if our sister program in your region also offers this workshop, we will connect you with them first).

March of Dimes are reaching out to a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds to play a role in the planning process. But the most important group of people includes you, as a person living with disability, family members or caregiver. We need to know what it is to live with disability today and what you think the future should look and feel like. We also need to understand roles and roadblocks in the community, and explore solutions to bring about the positive changes you deserve. As our client, this is an opportunity to share your thoughts with us. We have created a survey for you to fill out. The survey is on our website now at www.marchofdimes.ca/ClientSurvey. Or if you prefer, you can fill it out by phone, by calling 1-888-540-6666.
