Gotta listen to oneself

Is this your baby's first fall? We were talking about how to dress baby for cooler temps in class this week. Layers! Just like you. We tend to over-do it so the general rule is dress them as you would yourself plus one more (like a blanket) and you are good to go. If mornings are too tough with naptimes, etc., consider joining us in the evenings for Fit Camp!
