DOING OUR PART We want to take a minute to remind our community what we are doing, and asking our clients to do, to stay safe. As health care providers, we are governed by the guidelines set out by Public Health and our regulatory body, CMTBC. Here are just a few of things we are doing: Our RMTs complete a screening every day. We will cancel/reschedule appointments if we are not feeling well. We are grateful for your understanding if this happens.... Our clients complete a screening prior to their appointments. If you are feeling unwell, we ask you to cancel/reschedule you appointment. Don't worry, there will be no charge. We wear, and we ask that our clients wear, a mask in our clinic. Luckily, our clinic is small - only two RMTs working at a time. Even so, clients can wait in the foyer outside our office to ensure physical distancing. We have a sink available to clients for proper handwashing (which ALL RMTs do many, many times a day!) In addition to our normal cleaning of the treatment room, all high touch surfaces - door handles, debit machine, etc. - get cleaned between every client.
