The main goal is to offer an affordable service other than personal training to make physical activity accessible. Of course, we will be following OPH guidelines to keep all safe and healthy. ... We will have a strict protocol in place, including disinfecting high touch surfaces between each session. AVAILABLE TIMES WILL BE UP TOMORROW AT 12! Link will be up in bio. Feel free to DM us if you have any questions or issues with booking tomorrow and on, we are here to help you out. PRICING - 20$/ 70 minutes session (the last 10 minutes is your cleaning time) - No cancellation refund. Sorry. - To make this possible for our small business we have to give priority to personal training clients, we will give you a 24h notice if we need to move your session. RULES - Walk in with your mask - Indoor shoes only - Wash your hands and fill sign-in sheet before entering - Clean all equipment used during your session - Use of bathroom is not encouraged but in case of emergency, go and let staff know so we can disinfect for the next clients. (and use Febreze) - First time clients will be asked to sign liability forms.

Hey! For the people who don’t know me and recently found out about SBS please take a moment to read my post! - Hello,... My name is Eric Seguin and I am the owner at Strong Body System. SBS is a private training studio where I work with my clients on a daily basis. I’ve been working with my clients and growing my business since 2015, starting out of my parent's basement. (Thank you, mom and dad) Throughout those years I invested in some equipment and grew my clientele to eventually move to our current location. SBS is not a membership-based gym. It’s a place where individuals can come and get some 1 on 1 guidance for their health and fitness goals working in-person and online. During these tough times, I want to be helpful to our community and offer a service like no other. The main goal with Rent-My-Gym is to offer an affordable service other than personal training to make physical activity more accessible to you.
