#fitness #workout #training #health #education #StrongDragonTraining The Single Arm Dumbbell Row is the best replacement for the classic gym T-bar rows (narrow ...grip). This easy exercises is perfect to work the Lats (Latissimus Dorsi - Mid back) and of course the lower back and core. A very easy to perform exercise, it is critical to keep the back straight and core tight. The bend at the hips is 45 degrees and the head together with the upper back and hips need to be in a straight line position. The dumbbell is held on to by both hands (alternate by sets which hand is on top) and must be brought all the way to the body. Also, straighten the elbow all the way when going down. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Website: www.thestrongdragon.com YouTube: Strong Dragon Training Facebook: Strong Dragon Instagram: dragosmutascu & strongdragontraining --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our latest educational video posted on our YouTube channel. Please visit us today at STRONG DRAGON TRAINING. Don’t forget to like and SUBSCRIBE! While the Planks (please see video here https://youtu.be/tY8idgbDMQc ) are amazing for best core development, Side Planks are next level worth of challenge and difficulty. This exercise needs to be taken into very close consideration, and be very focus throughout, because it is very simple to fall into the mistake of dropping the hi...ps and/or straining the shoulder(s). Exactly as with the rules of a plank, the body needs to be in perfect straight position (just like a stick) with core and Glutes (butt muscle) perfectly contracted and engaged. During all this, the shoulder(s) are flexed and contracted to not allow injury while sustaining the body weight. A very unique point on the Side Plank alone, is the hips needs to be slightly tilted forward throughout the hold, as to not allow drooping backwards, or any misalignment of the body. Also, the "free arm" may be on the hips or up in the air, depending on the level of fitness you are at; in the air it is a little bit more difficult.

#fitness #workout #education #training #health #StrongDragonTraining One of the best ways to stretch out the Pectoralis Major (chest muscle) and allow for nice ...striations to show, is the Chest Fly exercise. The key trick when performing this movement is to now allow your elbows to fully lock out or bend for more than 10-25 degrees. While this exercise should never be done with excessive weight regardless of your goals, I always recommend to protect the shoulder joint and Pectoralis by staying in control and bending the elbow as needed. Please note that if you find yourself bending the elbow more than 45 degrees, the weight is way too heavy. During this exercise, you should be in enough control and strength to be able to stretch beyond the shoulder line, allow for a massive stretch in the Pecs (chest) and Delts (shoulders), and then on the way back to bringing the dumbbells together, you squeeze the muscle as hard as possible similar to when you hug someone. Please be advised, you should NEVER feel a burn or shooting pain down your arm when doing this exercise. Should that ever be the case, you are causing damage and pinching nerves, stop immediately and seek professional attention. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Website: www.thestrongdragon.com YouTube: Strong Dragon Training Facebook: Strong Dragon Instagram: dragosmutascu ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brand New video posted on our YouTube channel. Visit us today and LIKE and SUBSCRIBE. Similar to the Classic Suicides (can be found at this link https://youtu.b...e/FQXjdMobtL0 ) the Assisted Suicides are amazing for beginners. An amazing stepping stone to start getting the required Deltoid (shoulders) and Triceps (back of the arm) strength needed. While this exercise doesn't really have a middle ground, once you find that it is way too easy to do the Assisted Suicides (with the knees down) going to the Classic Suicides will be a very big step and you may actually find it to be very difficult. However don't get discouraged and keep on training to get stronger and push for your goals. The Suicides require a lot of Deltoid (shoulder) and Triceps (back of the arm) power, so once you are able to do these without difficulty know that there is a lot of strength you have achieved. #fitness #workout #health #wellness #nutrition #StrongDragonTraining
