HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my amazing ninjas, warriors, dancers and the whole #fitfam ! It's been a tough year for so many reasons - let's talk about fitness and health specifically. The gyms have been opened, then closed, then opened again, then closed again. Many of us were scrambling to find a fitness routine that both met our needs working out from home and was feasible to stick with long-term. Took some time, but we found our rhythm finally, whether it be from a home gym, on...line workouts, zoom classes or other innovative options. No matter what 2021 holds for us, we're now ready to go with ample experience and know-how on keeping fit and healthy at home! I'm so proud of my whole fitness family! Seeing you on zoom every week lights up my life and keeps me going and I'm so lucky and delighted to be part of your fitness journeys! Looking forward to seeing you on Zoom to kick off this year!
