The classes run every Monday and Thursday starting from June 1st until June 26th. Each workout is 30-minutes in length and requires minimal space and equipment. I give personalized coaching throughout the live workout and provide modifications for pregnant and postpartum bodies. All classes are recorded and sent to you afterwards, in case you are unable to join us live. So what does this program cost? You decide... Are you ready to dance?! Grab your dancing shoes (just kidding... barefoot or running shoes are totally fine) for our first ever LIVE dance class, led by instructor Karishma! The class will be approximately one hour in length and suited for all levels and bodies, pregnant and non-pregnant alike. Don't worry if you have never taken a dance class before as the movements will accommodate pregnant bellies and options to include babies! ...
