Old wartime house renovation. Included new roof, new windows/doors, insulation, drywall, flooring, moldings, interior doors, new bathroom and kitchen rough -in.

Original deck needed rebuilt structure/framing and proper fasteners. Removed the original pressure treated decking and replaced with composite decking. Poured a new concrete pad for hot tub and pergola and modified fencing. Designed and built a custom cedar pergola with privacy side and shaded cover.
