"I want to help save lives so people dont suffer from mental illness like my dad did. He died because of it. I want kids with a situation like mine to know the...yre not alone. I want to be a voice for youth whose parents struggle with mental illness. This is my third year participating in #OneBraveNight, and its important to me because 1 out of 5 Canadians suffer from mental illness in any given year, and my dad was one of them. Its important to talk about mental health because there are kids and parents that have mental illness who need someone to talk to. Join me and sign up for the #OneBraveNight challenge today."
