Homemade no bake protein bar recipe Makes 12 bars 92 cals per bar 2 scoops Chocolate Whey protein powder... 1.5 cups oats 2 T ground flaxseeds 4 Tbsp peanuts Butter (or nut butter of choice) 1/3 cup almond milk 1/2 c raisins (or dried fruit of your choice) 1 tsp each vanilla extract DIRECTIONS: Measure and add dry ingredients to a large bowl. Add peanut butter,milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well to form a thick/sticky batter. Transfer to a glass dish lined with wax paper to keep from sticking. Use bottom of spoon to flatten/form bars. Score into 12 serving before you pop in the freezer, for about an hour. You can store in a ziplock bag in the freezer and take out about 20-30 minutes to thaw before enjoying.
