We are currently in a safe zone, but we need to be cautious. Blow dry and style will be offered until or if we get put into orange zone (hopefully not).

The following will be in practice: HAND WASHING/SANITIZING will be required before & after each service. TEMPERATURE will be taken before entering my home.... You MUST bring a triple layer mask with you and wear it into the building and for the duration of the appointment. IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED OR HAVE BEEN SICK in any way , within the last two weeks , you will be required to reschedule. WHEN YOU ARRIVE : Please wait until I come to the door. 1. Sanitize whole salon (wipe down, remove all laundry), sanitize any other areas clients touched or sat. 2. Remove my mask, remove and change into a new smock, breathe and put on a new mask and face shield and wash my hands up to the elbows. 3. NO MASK , NO SERVICE , NO EXCEPTIONS!! I will be wearing a mask, you will be required to do so as well. 5. DO NOT BRING GUESTS. Only the person receiving the service will be allowed in. IF YOU HAVE USED BOXED COLOUR PLEASE BE HONEST or your service could be refused. I will need to know the day BEFORE you come and I will require a picture of your hair in good lighting. I will also need to know the brand of box colour used. If we need to do a colour correction, your appointment may be cancelled or pushed back, unfortunately, Colour correction can be unpredictable; take hours & several sessions to fix. Because of the extended closure, I will be playing catch-up trying to get all my clients in, unfortunately, at this time, colour correction will have to wait. If you require a correction and have not notified me, your appointment will be rescheduled and a cancellation fee will be added. There are no exceptions. 24 HOUR NOTICE IS MANDATORY FOR CANCELLATION . Washing, blow dry and style can occur during yellow zone or prev phase 3. If we are in orange zone; Please note: there will be no washing, blow drying or styling at this time as it has been recommended to stop this procedure in other provinces to prevent the spread of germs. Please understand , these new policies have been carefully considered, while they may not be convenient, they will protect all of us.

The salon will be closed from Sunday Dec 22 to Thursday Dec 27th. I will be open again on Fri Dec 28th. Merry Christmas!!!!

Studio Luxe will be closed Dec 24, 25, 26.
