As September (very quickly) approaches, just wanted to update hours for the Fall. The Monday-Friday seems to be going very well so I will continue those hours for now. Hours in September are below: Monday 9-5... Tuesday 9:30-8:30 Wednesday 9:30-8:30 Thursday 9:30-8:30 Friday 9-4 I would also like to keep calls/messages in those hours, so don’t be frantic if I don’t reply on a Sunday Back to school is quite booked but never hurts to be added to the wait list as people are always changing. Lastly, I will be away Sept 7-11 on holidays but will eagerly be returning messages as soon as I’m back. Thank you again for all your support during this crazy year. Love you all

Just wanted to give a little thank you to all of my incredible clients the last couple of weeks for putting up with the ongoing construction of our driveway. I know it’s loud and you need to walk a little further but I appreciate your patience. I guess I should know a few days rarely means just that!

Exciting News!! First up..we are onto week two of the new normal and it feels FABULOUS to be back! Thank you again for your patience w me trying to get everyone back in and for wearing those masks! (Gum and mints make ALL the difference!) Also..there is construction (everywhere) but at the corner of Burns/Park (variety store near where you may turn) but you can follow Burns-to Oak to Spence and then Westgate and you will come to the other end of my street!(Just around the blo...cks) The EXCITING news...I have fought it for many years but I am now accepting DEBIT!! I have the Square so I will be accepting tap! Still accepting cash of course! Lastly..I have extended my hours to try to get more people in but if I may ask if you could keep calls/text between 8 am-9 pm that would be greatly appreciated! I know sometimes you think of it at 2 am but you could wait until morning, I’d love it!! Xo

Hello to my favourites!!! I’ve just heard the exciting news!! I am not ignoring you!! ... I need to sort out the new regulations and make sure I have all safety requirements and full understanding on the new protocol before I can begin booking. I will be calling and messaging tomorrow! Just wanted to say a little hello to my amazing clients!!! Thank you so very much for your patience and support during these crazy times!! They’ve extended the State of Emergency to June 9th in Ontario. I will be cancelling any appointments that were pre booked up until June 9. ... I want to ensure you that the list I have for call backs began the first day I had to start cancellations! If you’ve been cancelled...you are on the list!!! I have updated my sanitation certification to reflect the new Covid standards and am planning to be ready to go when we get the okay. I know things will be different...we will have to laugh a little louder behind our masks...we will need to be one at a time and it will be a challenge to get everyone in quickly but I promise you we got this!! We will laugh about roots and hair that’s wayyy too long and no doubt have some funny stories about all that togetherness with our loved ones. Message me with any questions. Miss you all terribly! Several designs of masks have been ordered and today I completed my testing for the new Sanitation and Disinfection Standards for Covid-19. We are getting there!!!

Happy Sunny Saturday!! First!!! I miss all of you soo much!! Next...As the government has extended the length of time that I must stay closed, I wanted to reach out. I truly wish I had more information with a date that I will once again get to return to making you feel like your very best self but I don’t. ... For now, I am following the guidelines then once they are lifted, we will revaluate the situation. The added concern is the amount of people (who I adore) coming into my house in these scary times. My supply stores are also closed at this time. If you have appointments scheduled and I have not reached out to you, don’t fret, I am taking it week by week with contact-you have not been forgotten! Once we are back and running, I will dedicate serious time to contact all that have been cancelled. I know the struggle of pinning your bangs back and those unsightly roots are just about driving you mad, but I want you to know that I am standing with you! There will be no hair colouring or bang trimming in honour of all of you! Yesterday was my weekly essentials shopping day and let me tell you...I pulled out all the stops....straightened hair..mascara on and even real pants for the special day and those bangs were driving me mad but I got your back my friends! I am not going to encourage box colour colouring but I do appreciate that how we look affects our mental health and that is just as important these days. I’ve been messaged a few times looking for recommendations on what to buy and unfortunately, I just don’t know those products as well to recommend something. As I’m sure you’ve noticed that when I turn to mix up your colour, it’s never just one tube..it’s a blended formula of several colours that I’ve measured and mixed to work with YOUR natural pigment and tones...You are not just a Medium brown..you are much more! So what do I recommend over these tough time’s? Try something new...flip side parts...embrace your natural texture...let your kids play! (YouTube makes them brilliant with hair) If all else fails..the hottest trend is scarves so rock them with pride because just remember no one else is getting their hair done either! Hoops and bright lipstick!! To say I miss you would be an understatement...not only was this girl Not designed to organize linen closets or scrub grout, but spending time with you each day reminds me how fortunate I am to have chosen a career that never feels like a job. It seems as though in that giant essentials list that the government put out..I did not make the cut. I will need to continue my closure until at least April 7th. I will be contacting anyone booked up until then and then we will go from there. At this time, I have clients booked from April 8 on and I am the the eternal optimist so we will evaluate as we get closer. Stay safe and healthy Miss you lots

After much debating, I have decided to close shop this week. While I had originally thought that it’s just one client and myself so the interaction was minimal, I have decided that to fully maintain the desire for social distancing-I need to follow these guidelines fully. It just feels socially irresponsible at this point to not. I have messaged all of my (fabulous) clients who were scheduled this week to reschedule. I am awaiting any government decision this week to confirm ...for the following week (March 30-April 5). I apologize for the lack of commitment but all just seems so up in the air at this point. As of now, I am scheduling clients for the week of April 6th. Please know that this was a very tough decision and a great deal of thought went into it. I adore all of you and cherish our time together so let’s stay healthy and show this virus how tough we are! I am still available by phone or text of course! Remember!! Box dye is not the answer and neither is cutting your own bangs Peace and Love my friends!
