After a VERY long three days we are prepared to pivot and adjust to the new restrictions. Thank you to the ever supportive miss @rebeccacohen1 and our administrator Val for taking my 100 phone calls today, and to our amazing dance family who have been so supportive through the last few months. Non-medical masks are required in all indoor public spaces in Saskatchewan. Beginning Friday, November 27, this now includes: All students, employees and visi...tors in all schools and daycares (except while consuming food or beverage or engaging in aquatic fitness activities). Children ages 0-2 years are exempt from wearing masks. Children ages 3-12 should wear a mask if they are able to; All employees and visitors in all common areas in businesses and workplaces, even in those areas which the public does not have access (e.g. construction sites, manufacturing facilities); and All residents, employees and visitors in all common areas in correctional facilities. Information on masks, their use, and what qualifies as an indoor public space is available at saskatchewan.ca/masks.

Our dance community in the province has been working so hard to keep everyone safe and healthy!

After feeling a little covid burnout, anxious about new restrictions and what they could mean for dance studios across the province, and an immense amount of heartbreak for our dancer friends across the nation who have been forced to close. I decided to do something to spark some joy! CHRISTMAS DECORATING AT THE STUDIO! #studio747 #shellbrook

Hello everyone, classes are back this week and we will be getting our sweat on starting at 8. I’ll be doing a little less cardio so if you’re more comfortable with wearing a mask during that will be a option.
