Dear Parents & DanceGeeks Due to the fact that our studio has not been able to reopen since the incident, we have decided to offer refunds for the tuition paid from March 19th 2018 until the end of our current 2017/2018 dance year which amounts to 19 weeks. If you had purchased 10-class dance card, you must bring the dance card to calculate the refund amount. Please understand that we have done our absolute best to explore all options to reopen, but this is proving to be much... more difficult than anticipated. For your convenience, there will be 3 days where we will be offering the refunds: Monday, May 28th, 12pm - 2pm Friday, June 1st, 6pm - 8pm Saturday, June 2nd, 9:30am -11:30am Since there is extensive damage in the studio, refunds will be held at the Scarborough Town Center downstairs food court, close to the McDonalds. The refunds are being done in person as we require signed documentation for insurance purposes. The final and last chance for the refunds is Saturday June 2nd at 11:30am. We cannot process any further refunds after this time in order to meet insurance timelines. If you have any of the studio’s props or costumes at home, please return them to us at the time of the refund. Please continue to stay connected to our social media as we may post ongoing updates.
