KIDFIT Rx KIDFIT is a children’s physical exercise class using games and play to promote a healthy relationship with fitness. Kidfit is led by Miss Zoe who is an experienced primary teacher, mother and fitness enthusiast. KIDFIT PRE-K We have KIDFIT pre-k for ages 2-4. Parent participation will be required. Wednesday @ 1030am $5.00 per child KIDFIT PRIMARY Our primary class is open for elementary school ages 5+ (grades k-6). This class will be segmented into 2 age groups should participation warrant. Parent participation is NOT required, however if your child is higher needs, we may ask for parent support to ensure the safety and success of all participants. Wed @ 11:15am First class $5 $8.00 per child TEAM Rx TEAM (team based exercise & athletic movement) is a functional fitness class designed for youth open to ages 8-16. This class is run by fitness coach and mom of 2 Coach Leanne. We are starting with ONE condensed age group to start however we plan to split the classes into two groups (younger/older) provided we have the interest to do so. Tuesday/Thursday 4:15pm First class $5 5 class student pass $60 10 class student pass $100 OTHER TEEN CLASS OPTIONS Teens ages 13-15 are able to purchase a student pass and attend any of our regular scheduled classes WITH a parent or guardian.
