STUDIO H. HAIR BY FRAN HEALTH & SAFTEY PROTOCOLS -Pre-Appointment Screenings -Appointment Only, No walk-ins... -Hand Sanitizing -Extensive disinfecting procedures between each client -New Capes & towels for each client -Removal of all non-essential items in the Salon -PPE Worn by myself according to social distancing guidelines FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT -Please refrain from brining more than your phone & method of payment into the salon, I ask that you leave all other items in your car or at home if possible -In order to minimize the number of people in the salon at one time, I ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. Children may be accompanied by one parent only -When you arrive for your appointment, text me to let me know that you are here and wait in your vehicle and I will let you know it is safe to enter. Please text or 780-621-8845 -All clients will be asked to use the gloves and mask provided upon entering the salon as well as be given a Lysol Disinfecting Wipe to clean their phones EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE -No outside food or drink will be permitted for the time being -I am unable to offer any waxing until Stage 2 of Alberta’s Relaunch Strategy -There will be a pricing adjustment to your appointment to accommodate the PPE I require to safely perform you service -Please remember that the price of your appointment will be reflective of the time that has passed since I last seen you! More time and product will likely be required to have you all looking back to your normal fabulous selves! -I hold the right to refuse services to any clients that do not follow my protocols or have any signs of illness that aren’t related to pre-existing conditions ONE LAST THING -I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the continued love and support from all of my amazing clients! I know it hasn’t been easy going without these luxuries of added beauty these last few months, but I appreciate your continued patience as I figure out how to navigate this new normal. I have some exciting news.. I will tentatively be reopening May 14th as outlined by the Government of Alberta. I will remain following the strict health & sterilization protocols as I was before.... I have started to reschedule my appointments and I will be reaching out (in the next few days!) to those clients who had appointments booked in March, April, & beginning of May to rebook for my reopening hopefully on May 14th. Currently as of Friday March 27, the Alberta Government has stated that all non essential business shut down. So until that is lifted Studio H. Hair by Fran will be closed... if you need product I can arrange for curb side pick up. This will be done on Wednesday’s. please private message me if you require anything. Most of all please stay safe and well... Due to the spread of COVID-19, I have decided it is best to temporarily close starting 03/19/2020. I love, appreciate & re...spect each & every client I have, so I feel this is the best decision to make at this time. I am evaluating the current situation day by day. Those who have appointments coming up, I have been working to get through everyone and discussing what is to happen with those appointments. Next week has been cancelled and I will reassess the situation on Thursday for the following week. Remember we are all in the same situation, the sooner we can stop the spread the sooner we can hopefully get back to normal, what ever normal is!
