Hello all! It has been a long time since I have reached out on this page, so I must apologize! I hope that this find you well, thriving and living this adventure called life <3 As some of you already know, I went thru some difficult health challenges that really forced me to rethink my direction, and has changed me in many ways. Its incredible how life takes you on such a journey sometimes just to end up coming back full circle. No matter what direction I was pointed in, I a...lways seem to come back to this, to my passion... which is helping people :) So with that said, I am planning on getting back slowly into teaching, with a few new tools in my belt and lots of life experience and hopefully some wisdom to share :) I will be starting out slow and small, so you can expect individual attention in each class, with personal adjustment and optional modification as I now better understand the meaning of making each practice your own! Each of us has a history, issues that impact who we are, how we feel in our body and how we practice. Starting Mid July I will be offering just a few classes per week with more classes including the much loved fusion fitness (incorporating Pilates/Barre) being added in September. The studio space is in my new home just south/west of Cranbrook, less than 5 minutes past the Jim smith lake turn off. The setting is so peaceful and the view of the mountains is awe inspiring! I hope you don't mind the little drive, I promise its not far, and its totally worth it! It takes me only 7 minutes to get from my driveway to Safeway. Not far at all! Awesome class, even though I overbooked the class and had 9 people show up instead of 8..LOL But we made it work, and it was extra cozy! Great start in the new space with some great Yoga ladies! <3

Fusion (Yoga & Pilates) starts Feb 19th, Tuesdays 1:00pm $50 for 5 classes or $90 for 10 ... 6 spaces available
