As a busy mom fitting in time to exercise and eat healthy can sometimes feel like a struggle. Below are a few realistic (and relatable) tips: workouts look different when youre a mom I get it! After being at work and having your child in day-care, no mom could bear the guilt of dropping them off again so that you could work out. Working out at home allows you the flexibility to stay healthy & fit after your little one(s) go to bed. Now your biggest challenge isnt work...ing out, its making sure your little one(s) go to bed at the same time every evening (helping you stay committed to your exercise routine) Join an online community which will keep you stay accountable Too tired after a long day? Try getting to bed early and working out in the morning before your chaotic day begins Theres a lot to juggle as a mom, and we need to give ourselves some grace. HOMEMADE ADE HAPPY WEEKEND Yall! Ingredients ... 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice (about 8 lemons) Zest of 2 lemons 1/3 cup of honey (or to taste) 8 cups of water, divided 2 cups of ice cubes Instructions 1. Pour 3 cups of water and 1/3 cup of honey into a saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes 2. Remove pan from heat, add lemon zest into the water. Put the pan in the fridge to cool it down 3. In a large pitcher or jug, add the lemon juice and the remaining 5 cups of water. Pour COOLED honey water over a strainer into the pitcher/jug, the strainer will catch the lemon zest. Discard the lemon zest 4. Add ice and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Pour over ice and serve with a lemon slice See more
