Sketchy yes but I did have a spotter ... Dad and Mom I really do work safe, most of the time!! The Bartel shop is complete but I need to go back and take some finish pics ... stay tuned!!

I guess it really has been a while since my last update Here's where the Termeer sunroom is at ... my part is complete!!

Just a quick update on where things are at with the busy summer ... The Termeer sunroom in Landmark is in the midst of having 24"x24" heated floor tile installed and painters to follow, siding has been started and we will return once finishing touches can be made on the inside. The Bartel shop had the trusses put up about 2 weeks ago and after a few rain days we were able to get all the roof metal on. Next up is wall metal and odds 'n ends.... Several other jobs are starting up shortly upon completion of these two which will take us till the end of August and into September. With workable weather this is turning into one of the busiest summers yet for the business and I'm loving it!!

New job started in Landmark ... 4-season sunroom with 9' walls, vaulted ceiling that will have a wood beam/t&g pine finish to them, heated tile floor, and some stone plus wood trim-work. Massive 4'x6' windows will bring sunlight in year round as well as provide great views from every angle. Exterior will have a continuation of coloured vinyl siding, white soffit/fascia, and asphalt shingles. We will be jumping back and forth between jobs once the roof is finished and with timelines the way they are hope to get this addition done in late June!!
