TIFF-2014 is coming!!...Are you coming?? As you should know already, TIFF is the second only to Cannes..IMAGINE!! Imagine the adventure of being in this city learning English while enjoying exquisite experience to admire the world’s best films in the world ‘s most multicultural and the safest large city in North America. TIFF began in 1976 as Festival of Festivals. By 2012, the number of films and participating countries has tripled. What has been the secret of this success...? Probably the unique combination of two parallel festivals: one for a large audience passionate about film and one for the world’s press and industry. The movies for this 39th edition (59) have been announced already this week, with majority of the titles being world premieres. 11 exciting days, from September 4 to 14, 2014. The star-studded titles include: - Maps to the Stars, a Hollywood satire which garnered the award for best actress at Cannes for Julianne Moore. - Wild starring Reese Witherspoon. The actress plays the role of a heroin addict who seeks to cleanse herself by hiking through a thousand miles. - The Equalizer, features Denzel Washington and Chloe Grace Moretz. - Black and White, starring Kevin Costner. - The Drop where the late James Gandolfini played a featured role of a gangster. - Pawn, starring Tobey Maguire who played the role of Bobby Fischer, the American chess master .and much, much more!!
