This is a photo from a shop completed last fall. LED flat panels were recessed under an office mezzanine to light a work area. the LED panels maintained the ceiling height in this work space and are anti static so will require very little cleaning.

With the extra cold weather hitting us, I thought I would post a couple of things. Changing technologies with electrical materials and building insulation (spray foam) makes flat LED down-light rough-ins quicker and very cost effective. 6" adjustable led down-lights will be installed in this addition vaulted ceiling once spray foam and pine ceiling boards are completed.
