IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL CLUB MEMBERS...Please check your email for information re- AGM... The SFCC Annual General Meeting is less than 2 weeks away! 2020 AGM: Tuesday, September 29th at 7:00 p.m. This year we will be operating the meeting differently in order to keep everyone safe.... Most importantly - Pre-registration is required by Friday, September 25th. In addition: All documents will be sent to you electronically before the meeting. Hand sanitization will be available at the door. All attendees will be asked to enter by the front of the building and leave by the side exit. NO access to the locker rooms during this meeting. NO food or beverages Washroom limit 1 person at a time There will be assigned seating. The location of your seat will be posted at the sign-in table. Please bring your own sign-in pen Masks are mandatory. If you are unable to attend in person you may complete the Instrument of Proxy (available on the website www.sfcc.ca). AGM agenda will include: Receiving and considering the Financial Report submitted by the Board of Directors (balance sheet, statement of income & expenses) Electing Executive for the 2020-2021 season (we have 5 positions available) Discussing any items brought forward by the membership To register just respond to this email and indicate one of the following: I would like to attend in person (space is limited as per Public Health guidelines). All in person attendees must agree to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet social distancing. I would like to attend via Zoom.
