Thanks to a partnership between #SturgeonCounty, City of St. Albert, and the St. Albert Nordic Ski Club, there are now more than 7 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails for residents and visitors to explore. The new trails in Sturgeon County, which extend from the edge of Riverlot 56 towards Bellerose Drive and Starkey Road, more than doubles what had previously been available within the City of St. Albert. If you live in Sturgeon County and your home, business, or property was damaged by flooding and groundwater seepage damage from April 22 to May 4, 2020, you may be eligible to receive Disaster Recovery Program funding from the Government of Alberta. The Disaster Recovery Program provides funding for uninsurable property damage, loss and other expenses incurred as the result of a natural disaster....
