As most of you have probably heard the recent news in Kingston: there is an outbreak of COVID-19 related to a local nail salon. Getting ready to reopen tomorrow Friday June 12th! We have missed all of our clients like crazy, seems like forever ago! We hope all of you have stayed safe and healthy during this time. ... As we prepare to welcome everybody back into the salon we need to share what the new guidelines & protocols will be. We will be reaching out to clients previously scheduled by phone or text to reschedule. Our schedule needs to be arranged very specifically to control traffic in and out of the salon so walk-in appointments will not be available, you will need to call first (613-384-7054). You are not permitted to enter the salon until you have been texted or waved in by your stylist. Masks need to be worn at all times, disposable masks will be available to you for a $1.50 if you don't have one. Hands must be thoroughly washed and sanitized upon entering the building & we will be taking everyone's temperature also when arriving. Our cancellation policy is fully in effect, please allow 24 hours notice. If you are feeling unwell please do not hesitate to let us know and we will happily reschedule you. We are required to work at a very limited capacity and allow thorough time between appointments to clean and sanitize to ensure the safety of all clients and staff. As a result all of our prices have increased slightly ($2-$5) We look so forward to seeing you

Please follow these new salon guidelines for the time being: -Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have a COVID-19 symptoms. -All employees and guests are required to wear facemasks while in the salon. -Guests will be served by appointment only, no walkins at this time. -No more than 10 people are allowed in the salon so please come alone for your appointment. -There will be no waiting room or beverages available. -Guests will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon.

Hey everyone! We wanted to keep you updated on the COVID-19 situation and how it affects our business. As of this week, we still have not heard from the government when salons and personal service businesses will be able to open back up. Although Ford did mention today that he is considering regional openings which is positive news for us as we have no cases in the area!! I will keep you posted, I am hoping and praying for the middle of June if this all works out!

Our second donation to support health care workers during the coronavirus outbreak is out the door! VENUS has donated more than 500 boxes of gloves to help fill... the shortage at Sunnybrook, Humber, Brampton, Royal Victoria and the Windsor Regional Hospitals.
