I am back!!! I have missed all of you and hope to see you all shortly. I have done my best to schedule everyone that I had to cancel thru the lockdown and to the clients that have reached out to me during lockdown. If you have not received a text, email or phone call I apologize, please call and I can schedule you. Prescreening is required upon booking and entering. I will send you the link prior to your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, I will have you sign... the sign in sheet acknowledging you passed the screening. There is still no waiting area so please come alone unless of course your appointment is for a young person like your child or a person who requires assistance. I will require you to book your appointment in advance as I am not able to accept walk-ins at this time. I truly appreciate your cooperation with all this crazy stuff we are going through. Good morning With yesterday’s announcement it sounds like I could be reopening soon. Tentative date is Tuesday February 16 as long as he lifts the lockdown in our area. Then from what I understand we will be back in the colour coded phases I have decided to not start booking appointments until I have a concrete date that a can open Thank you for understanding and being supportive ... No Walk-ins, Scheduled appointments only II. Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. I ask that you please wait inside your car or outside the building. You can text or call the salon when you arrive and I will let YOU know when you can enter. As our door will be locked. III. Please arrive alone to your appointment and only bring necessary items IV. Masks are mandatory for clients and staff. You may bring your own around the ear mask or we will have disposable masks available for $1.00. Homemade cloth masks are suffice V. All clients will be required to sign a screening questionnaire upon arrival. VI. All clients will sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the salon. VII. There will temporarily be no magazines or beverages offered. VIII. There will be no facial services offered such as waxing and beard grooming. IX. ATTENTION ALL CLIENTS Let me begin by thanking all of you for your patience and understanding as we continue to make our way through this challenging time. I have missed each and every one of you and look forward to reconnecting as I welcome you back beginning June 15th. After 3 long months spent at home, I am excited to finally be back behind the chair. Your safety is my top priority. With that being said, there are new guidelines that must be followed. I will inform you... of them before your next appointment. Just to give you a heads up clients will be asked to wear a mask while at the salon. As I get things underway, I am limited to the amount of people I can schedule, and therefore, will be seeing less clients than I normally would in a regular day. I will be staggering my appointments to minimize contact between clients and will be adhering to all cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. In the spirit of fairness, I will be dedicating the first few weeks of opening to the clients who were booked at the beginning of my initial cancellations as of March 18. As there is a long list of appointments that need to be rescheduled, I am asking for your continued patience and support as I focus my efforts on catching everyone up and setting out what will be our new normal, at least for the time being. We were there when that second baby didn't come so easily. We were there when your teenager was making you question your parenting skills. We were there when your mom was diagnosed with cancer. We were there when your dad died and you couldn't pull it together to shampoo and blow dry your own hair. We were there while you waited on test results to a scary disease. We were there when you thought for certain your childs wedding would send you into a nervous break down. We were there when you and your spouse decided divorce was the only option. We were there when you lost your job. We were there when you had an interview. We were there when postpartum had you so beat down but that new color and cut made you look forward to fixing your hair. We were there early so you could come without your kids. We were there late because you didn't get off in time before the salon closed. We were there missing baseball games, basketball games, jamborees. We were there making sure you felt as beautiful on the outside as you are on the inside. We will be the last ones to take care of you and do your hair one last time when it's time. Wait on your stylist. We are waiting on you and have been. Our clients are our family. We share details with each other we wouldn't anyone else. The bond between a hairdresser and their client is a friendship of trust, love and lots of laughs. Wait on us.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank each and everyone who has been so understanding with me thru this difficult time that we are all going thru. Thank you.

Due to the rising concern of covid-19, I have decided to stop taking all appointments effective immediately. This was a tough decision for me to make, however it is necessary for the health and safety of everyone. I will be rescheduling all upcoming appointments tentatively, beginning April 1st. I will monitor the situation closely and notify everyone if there are any changes. Thank you for all your support and understanding during this challenging time.
