why having a daily routine is so important to me... because a routine make a good day better. because a routine makes a bad day bearable. ... some people can’t comprehend how I drag my ass outta bed at 5am to go and work out (some days I wonder too?) but I do it because I know that working out makes me happy - keeps me grounded, and if I can start my day on an untimely HIGH why wouldn’t I? and sometimes that workout at 5am is the best thing that happens to me... all. day. long. but I know I can look back and remember that my bad day wasn’t that bad - it was bearable.
