Hello again to all our lovely clients! With opening day upon us, I just wanted to touch base with you all. We are overwhelmed with messages and we are so thankful for all of your support!! However we ask again that your patient with us This is a new normal for our careers and YES we are nervous! We are trying our best to get in to the groove of things and YOUR safety as well as our own, is our priority!! With that being said, the following protocols have been set in p...lace to ensure all of our safety. -We will not currently be taking walk ins. We will continue to contact our clientele on our lists for their appointment. The door will remain locked at all times and will only be opened for scheduled guests. -If you want to be added to the waiting list with your preferred stylist, you can call us to leave a message(705)232-4389. We may not be able to get to the phone in the first coming weeks but we will be checking messages daily. (Please be patient our lists are large and it will take time to fit people in) -At the time of your appointment, we ask that you wait outside or in your car until we come out to get you. If you are late, this will result in loss of appointment. If you miss your appointment and don’t provide 24 hours notice, your stylist may charge a no-show fee. -Masks are mandatory for the complete stay of your service. As well as hand sanitizing upon arrival. -We will only be allowing 1 person in the salon per stylist. Even if clients are from the same household. At this time we are un able to take children/guests who require another body present. -If you are ill, have been around someone who is ill, or have travelled in the last 14 days (Toronto and GTA area included) please cancel your appointment -When you arrive for your appointment you will be required to fill out a Client Health Questionnaire. -To ensure your safety, Prices may be increased $5-15 depending on the service due to booking extra time and spaced out appointments for disinfecting purposes. -We will not be offering facial waxing until further notice. -Tanning will be closed until further notice. We will be focusing all of our energy on disinfecting our work space area to keep all safe. To ensure all of our safety, we hope you understand the protocols we have set in place. Today as a team, we had to make an extremely tough decision. Due to the Covid-19 virus it is with heavy hearts that we will be temporarily closing the shop. We have to set a good example and protect our clients, ourselves and our families We will take this time to focus on what is really important and then we will come back stronger than ever!
