Today we had our head coach @tomtomelty teach his very first seminar as a black belt! Thank you @goldentigerhanoveront for having us out it was an honour! He taught a wonderful seminar on the guillotine, as well as giving @blairthewildwest his blue belt! Well deserved, congratulations Blair! Such a great day for the gym, one of many to come in the future!
