On Sunday evening at approximately 10:05 pm we had someone steal our Suds Launderette carpet from our front entrance. Although this is not the crime of the century, these petty crimes do hurt our community. Helps us catch this individual, and you can get some free wash n fold as a reward! Thanks for the great Post! So true. Our staff has actually been dealing with a lot of really disrespectful and rude clients over the past few weeks. As an essential service we have been open throughout this crises on a drastically modified schedule. 99% of our customers are awesome and have been very supportive and appreciative of what we have had to deal with and are still trying to deal with. Unfortunately, that 1% has been very trying on our amazing staff. As a business we... never want to push away customers (especially these days) and try to do whatever we can to accommodate them, however I also don’t think it’s right that we as business owners should put up with people that disrespect not only our staff, but also the other great customers that frequent our businesses. Don’t be afraid to be firm, but fair with clientele that does not respect the rules that you have put in place at your business. If you lose one or two of the ones that cause the problems, your staff and existing clients, will appreciate that more than you know. The customer is not always right. The customer needs to be listened to and respected, provided that they demonstrate that same respect to your staff as well as your fellow customers.
