Pie Tip for Thanksgiving. Coconut Sugar- is similar in taste to brown sugar. Recipes that can stand up to richer flavours. Like this weekend when you make apple pie or pecan pie. Try it with coconut sugar. Swap coconut sugar in for brown sugar at a one to one ratio to give your baking a nice rich colour and a sustainable edge!!
